The mission of the center is the formation and implementation of an effective career path for a student, graduate, specialist on the principle of lifelong learning (Lifelong Learning), as well as career guidance activities among college applicants.

The purpose of the center:

Assistance in choosing a profession (specialization) in accordance with forecasting the needs of the labor market;

Development of individual skills (Soft Skills) of students in demand in the labor market;

Creation of an effective system that promotes career growth and professional development of a student, graduate, specialist;

Creation of conditions for the development of professional skills of a graduate and a specialist in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.

Tasks of the center:

Negotiating with employers, concluding agreements on cooperation, on internship and employment, as well as in the field of targeted training of specialists;

Organization and holding of events aimed at employment of students and graduates (specialist fairs, presentations of employers’ companies, guest lectures, etc.);

Provision of courses and seminars for professional development and advanced training of the company’s specialists;

Installation, support and configuration of communication for tracking the careers of graduates;

Assisting college graduates in the implementation of their career plans;

Organization of special courses and seminars for the development of professional skills and abilities of graduates, as well as their successful adaptation to the labor market;

Organization and conduct of special trainings, courses, seminars and master classes on the development of personal competencies of students (Soft Skills), which are in demand in the labor market: preparation for professional selection in companies, consultations on writing a resume and passing an interview, psychological orientation to one or another other field of activity.

Working with students in computer science, career guidance and career planning;
