19.05.2023 of the year KGP on the REM “Zhambyl Higher Medical College” of the Health Department of the Akimat of Zhambyl region “of the Republic of Kazakhstan, represented by acting Director Sarybekova Zh.N., Khatyrchinsky Public Health College named after Abu Ali ibn Sino of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the person of Director U.S. Turakulov, Zarafshan Medical College of the Republic of Uzbekistan represented by Director N.Kh. Sattorov, and Director of the Pakhtachi College of Public Health named after Abu Ali ibn Sin of the Republic of Uzbekistan – E.O. Nurbaev, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “Parties” concluded a Memorandum with the aim of establishing effective cooperation in the field of ensuring the quality of education, training of competent competitive specialists in demand in the modern labor market and implementation of joint educational programs. Within the framework of this Memorandum, the Parties are guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Uzbekistan and interact on the principles of equality, openness and integrity.
