Competition “The best obstetrician”
On March 03, 2023, the “Best Obstetrician” competition was held at the “Zhambyl Higher Medical College” among students of the 320th group of graduates of the specialty “General Medicine”, qualification “Obstetrician”. The director of the Zhambyl Higher Medical College Sarybekova Zh.N. and the teacher-veteran Konyrova S.K. wished the participants good luck and opened the competition.
The purpose of the competition:
– Increasing the role of the midwife in bringing healthy offspring to life;
— Increasing the responsibility of the obstetrician for the health of mother and child;
— Increasing the activity of students;
— Increasing the capacity for knowledge;
— Development of the ability to clinical thinking.
The competition consists of 4 stages:
Stage I – “Kokpar” – participants will quickly answer the questions posed in 1 minute.
Stage II – “Baiga” – the contestants choose a cell and solve situational problems.
Stage III – “Alaman baiga” – participants will demonstrate one practical skill.
Stage IV – “Mezhe” – participants provide emergency care at clinical stations.
Employees of medical organizations-social partners were invited to assess the qualifications and practical skills of the contestants.
