Republican competition among medical College graduates ” Best pharmacist-2019»

03.04.2019 in Zhambyl medical College in coordination with the Union of medical colleges of Kazakhstan and approval of the educational and methodological Association of the specialty “pharmacy”, the Republican contest “Best pharmacist-2019″was held.

Purpose of competition:

Assessment of the quality of professional training of graduates of medical colleges in the specialty “pharmacy”.
Increasing the level of quality professional education for students to ensure high competitiveness in the labor market.
Combining the work of medical colleges and pharmaceutical organizations in training specialists.

Stages of the competition:

Stage I – assessment of theoretical knowledge-testing

Stage II – assessment of practical knowledge

1 task ” Nota bene!”The contestants completed situational tasks in the discipline” organization and Economics of pharmacy with the basics of marketing and management”.

2 task — “Medicinal plants mentioned in ancient legends and stories”. Contestants determine the medicinal plant, and voice their names in Russian, Kazakh,and Latin. According to these samples of medicinal plant raw materials, the used medicinal plant raw materials and methods of its application are found and indicated.

Task 3 – “Pharmacology is very important”. Matching task. The contestants will determine whether the drug they selected corresponds to its pharmacological group, trade name, and usage indicator.

4 tasks “work of the prescription and production Department”. The contestants prepared solid and liquid dosage forms based on prescription records.

The competition was attended by students of 16 colleges of the Republic from Shymkent, Kostanay, Atyrau, Semey, Turkestan, Nur-Sultan, Kokshetau, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Aktobe, Uralsk, Kyzylorda, Karaganda, Almaty, Taldykorgan.

According to the results of the competition:

First place — Abdykadyrova Louise Glazanovna, Shymkent higher medical College.

II place-murtazayeva Aigerim zhanatovna, Karaganda medical College.

THIRD place — Louise Gastelovka Kuanova, Ural medical College.
