Intellectuals of the Kazakh people, who became victims of left-wing politics during the tragic period, reported that in 1937-1938 more than 100 thousand people were persecuted in the country; foster respect for the names of Turar Ryskulov, Saken Seifullin, Magzhan Zhumabaev, Alikhan Bukeikhanov, Akhmet Baitursynov, Mukhamedzhan Tynyshpaev, Ilyas Zhansugurov, Abdulla Rozybakiev, Sanzhar Asfendiyarov.
