Social Partners

In the process of training professional personnel for the healthcare system, medical organizations of the Zhambyl Region have established close cooperation with the college and provide comprehensive support in organizing students’ industrial (professional) practice. Professional practice of students of the Municipal State Enterprise on the Right of Economic Management “Zhambyl Higher Medical College,” as well as trainees of the Department of Retraining and Advanced Training of Mid-Level Medical Specialists, is carried out in accordance with the State Compulsory Educational Standard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Education,” Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 2020 No. 304/2020 “On Approval of the Rules on Clinical Bases of Medical Educational Organizations,” Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 29, 2016 No. 107 “On Approval of the Rules for Organizing and Conducting Professional Practice and Determining Enterprises (Organizations) as Practice Bases for Technical and Vocational, Post-Secondary Education Organizations,” as well as taking into account amendments and additions introduced by Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2018 No. 611 to Order dated January 28, 2016 No. 93 “On Approval of the Standard Agreement for the Provision of Educational Services and Standard Forms of Agreements for Professional Practice.”

Bilateral agreements between the college and medical organizations ensure systematic interaction aimed at developing students’ professional competencies. Currently, the college cooperates on a contractual basis with 60 medical and social institutions, jointly organizing the educational process.

At the clinical bases of social partners, students successfully combine theoretical knowledge with practical activities and master work in a professional environment. During industrial practice, students gain experience from qualified physicians and nursing specialists and master modern medical technologies. Direct supervision of students is carried out by deputy chief physicians for nursing, chief and senior nurses, who organize industrial training and ensure the development of students’ competency levels during professional practice.

The system of social partnership contributes to the professional development of future medical specialists, increases their competitiveness in the labor market, and ensures full compliance with the requirements of the healthcare system.
